Mercedes-Benz Customer Solutions GmbH is responsible for the development, range and marketing of technical and high-quality Genuine Accessories & Collection items for the Mercedes-Benz, AMG and Maybach brands. We fulfil the highest demands in terms of aesthetics, design, quality and innovation - and last but not least, attention to detail is also important to us.

Our business areas

 

Mechanical 

In the "Mechanical" department at Mercedes-Benz Customer Solutions GmbH, we combine the functions of purchasing, development, product management, quality, marketing and design of all vehicle-related, mechanical or electronic products that can be installed in or on the vehicle in the sense of "plug and play". We are also the point of contact for MANUFACTURING and AMG - from portfolio design to integration into the vehicle. In addition, product, model series and market management specifically focussed on the Chinese market as well as business field development complement the division.

 

Sales Channel Management 

In the "Sales Channel Management" department at Mercedes-Benz Customer Solutions GmbH, we manage the various sales channels for the entire product portfolio (Genuine Accessories & Collection). In addition to utilizing existing channels, this also includes establishing new marketing and sales platforms. We ensure the optimum availability and marketing of our products by using a wide range of communication media (online & offline), providing support and assistance to the national companies and dealers, and managing warehousing and logistics accordingly. As the interface to product management in the MS/S division, we also design the accessories portfolio for future Mercedes-Benz model series. The basis and starting point for our activities is always the view of our customers and their interests and wishes.

 

Beyond Car 

In the "Beyond Car" department at Mercedes-Benz Customer Solutions GmbH, we are responsible for product management, purchasing and quality management for collection products (merchandise), as well as the licence business for vehicle-independent products.

 

Digital 

The "Digital" department organizes the development, quality management, purchasing and product management/marketing of "digital" accessory products as part of its end2end responsibility. The department focuses on digital and vehicle-related software and hardware solutions and their networking within the vehicle architectures. Both after-sales and ex works solutions are developed for charging, lighting, interior cameras, navigation and infotainment. The department is also responsible for innovation management for the entire MBCS portfolio.

 

Finance 

The "Finance" department forms the backbone of our company by effectively integrating the key areas of human resources, controlling, accounting and compliance. Here we work together to build qualified teams, monitor financial processes, ensure transparency through accurate accounting and fulfil compliance guidelines.
